Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services:Â Welcome guests during the overnight shift (typically 11 PM - 7 AM) assist with check-ins reservations and inquiries.
- Night Audit:Â Prepare and finalize Night Audit work ensuring accurate daily transaction balancing.
- Security:Â Conduct security walks to ensure guest and property safety.
- Reporting:Â Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insights.
- Collaboration:Â Work with other departments for smooth operations and exceptional service.
- Experience:Â 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
- Education:Â High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
- Skills:Â Proficient in Windows spreadsheets and word processing. Strong problem-solving skills and independence.
- Attributes:Â Friendly service-oriented with excellent communication and detail-oriented.
