Product Owner (Accounts / Quota management)

Long term Contract
Key Responsibilities:
As the Product Owner, you will:
- Account Planning and Management:
- Define and implement strategies for efficient account planning and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to align account planning with revenue goals and customer retention strategies.
- Quota Management:
- Develop tools and processes to streamline quota setting, tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure quota allocation aligns with company objectives.
- Tool Building:
- Lead the design and development of internal tools to improve efficiency in account creation, quota management, and configuration workflows.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver user-friendly and scalable solutions.
- Account Creation and Configuration:
- Own the end-to-end process for account creation, onboarding, and configuration.
- Ensure systems and tools support accurate, scalable, and secure account setup and maintenance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and operations.
- Gather, prioritize, and communicate requirements effectively to drive alignment and deliver value.
- Product Roadmap Ownership:
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap for account-related tools and processes.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of account management tools and processes.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve workflows and deliverables.
- Customer Advocacy:
- Represent the voice of the customer in product development by understanding user pain points and incorporating feedback into solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or a similar role in a SaaS or technology-focused company.
- Strong understanding of account planning, quota management, and account lifecycle processes.
- Proven ability to define requirements and work with engineering teams to build scalable tools.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency with agile methodologies, backlog management, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is highly desirable.
