The position is fully onsite in New York City, requiring five days per week in the office. This is a 6-month contract role, offering an hourly rate of $45/hr - $50/hr.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in Loan IQ application development and support
  • Proficiency in .NET technologies for software development and maintenance
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, including query optimization, stored procedures, and database design
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions
  • Ability to debug, test, and optimize application performance
  • Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a financial services environment
Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Loan IQ applications using .NET technologies
  • Design and implement SQL queries, stored procedures, and database solutions
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
  • Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a 6-month contract position offering $45-50 per hour. The role is fully onsite in New York City for five days a week.
