Transformation Lead - Team Build

Our client is a B2B SaaS Business, dedicated to helping businesses accelerate their digital transformation. Their product offering across unified communications, contact center and conversational commerce applications enable companies to transform how they communicate and operate, whether from the office or remotely, providing the flexibility required to create meaningful engagements.

Global Operations and Transformation:

We are supporting our client with building an Internal Transformation Capability to lead on the delivery of end to end engagements. This ranges from core operational execution to fundamental and complex change at scale. The team will strive for operational excellence and drive structured, results-oriented, best practice transformation, collaborating seamlessly across cross-functional groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead one or more transformation initiatives from discovery and business case through to implementation, change management, and benefits realization. Projects will vary across people/org, process, systems, product, or cost-related objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions for optimization.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support the successful implementation of transformation initiatives.
  • Monitor and measure the progress and impact of transformation initiatives, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and obstacles that may impede the success of transformation initiatives.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members involved in transformation projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business transformation.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in business transformation or related roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing business transformation initiatives through to full benefits realization.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to identify and build out opportunity assessments/discovery cases with supporting data/insight/financial impact.
  • A drive for results with an unwavering desire to achieve key outcomes and support the business in getting there.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Continuous learning mindset, with a passion for staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
