Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Testing Lead with expertise in SAP S/4HANA transformation, specifically in the SAP Finance module. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading testing efforts across various phases, ensuring product quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Testing Execution & Quality Assurance: Lead and participate in all testing phases, including UAT, to enhance product quality.
• Testing Methodologies: Apply best practices in testing techniques and methodologies to ensure optimal test coverage.
• Hands-On Testing & Team Oversight: Perform hands-on testing while overseeing QA team activities, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Agile Collaboration: Work closely with development teams in sprint planning, scrum meetings, and retrospectives to align testing strategies with project goals.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong client relationships to understand requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of [X] years in software testing, with specific expertise in SAP S/4HANA transformation and SAP Finance.
• Technical Expertise:
• Deep understanding of SAP Finance module and related business processes.
• Hands-on experience in test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
