  • Generate reports and dashboards to monitor key quality metrics, performance indicators, and outcomes.
  • Conduct regular audits and validation checks to uphold data integrity and reliability.
  • Conduct internal audits and reviews to assess compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
  • Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and protocols related to quality assurance and compliance.

Your Credentials

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare quality management, quality improvement, or related field.
  • Familiarity with NCQA accreditation standards and requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data management and analysis tools/software.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in project management and quality improvement methodologies preferred.
  • Knowledge of CLAS principles and commitment to health equity initiatives.
  • Certification in Healthcare Quality (e.g., CPHQ) is advantageous.
