  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance employee and guest satisfaction.
  • High School Diploma or GED and 1-year casino operations experience or 3+ years of other customer-facing supervisory experience.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic math and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a state-issued liquor license.
  • Successful completion of Alcohol Awareness training.
