Construction Project Manager-MEP (Brooklyn, NY)

Our clients include NYS Office of General Services, Dormitory Authority of the State of New York, NYC Health + Hospitals, State University of New York, NYC Department of Design and Construction, NYC Parks & Recreation, NYC School Construction Authority, NYC Economic Development Corporation, Battery Park City Authority, and NYS Parks, Recreations and Historic Preservation.

SCOPE: On-Site MEP Project Manager historic restoration/preservation with the main scope of work being HVAC and electrical.

LOCATION: Crown Heights, Brooklyn. This project is slated to start ASAP.

PAY RATE: $50.00-$75.00 hourly salary (Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, and location).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Architecture; Advanced degree and/or Construction Management Certifications desirable
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the management of similar projects, ideally including multiple years managing high-quality and complex historic preservation projects in New York City
  • OSHA 30
  • Demonstrated experience working on historical buildings
  • Full MEP knowledge and experience with high focus on HVAC and Electrical restoration
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, analytical, quantitative and qualitative skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to communicate with all team members
