BASIC FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITY: Direct all incoming telephone calls and greet visitors providing basic information and services. Represent the campus in a professional and positive manner. Assist with the efficient operation of the campus office.

ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent and one year of related experience.

Support Of Administrative, Fiscal And/or Facilities Functions

  • Process incoming calls efficiently and route to correct
  • Update the announcement memo for the main telephone
  • Provide general information and assistance to all callers and visitors in a friendly and professional Act as liaison between the campus and its customers.
  • Greet and verify identification of visitors, answer walk-in inquiries and refer visitors to appropriate office or
  • Assist with campus projects and perform clerical tasks as
  • Provide assistance to staff/campuses/departments as
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, messages, documents, and other deliveries.
  • Maintain computerized files using personal computer, including reports, employee roster, and mailing lists.
  • Assist with the scheduling of teacher conferences.
  • Maintain confidentiality.

Student Support

  • Assist in resolving parent/student issues and concerns in a timely
  • Assist with the receipt and distribution of student materials, including homework requests.
  • Assist in managing student behavior in accordance with Student Code of Conduct and student handbook.

  • Work collaboratively to improve

  • Participate in professional development that increases effectiveness and improves District
