Provide a wide variety of support to the Human Resources department. As an HR File Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and organized employee records and documents. You will ensure that all HR-related paperwork is filed and stored appropriately, making it easily accessible for HR staff and compliant with legal requirements.

What you get to do
Provide a wide variety of support to the Human Resources department. As an HR File Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and organized employee records and documents. You will ensure that all HR-related paperwork is filed and stored appropriately, making it easily accessible for HR staff and compliant with legal requirements.
- Organize, file, and maintain both physical and digital employee records.
- Ensure personnel files, benefits documents, and HR paperwork are systematically filed.
- Accurately enter and update employee information in HR databases and software systems.
- Assist in data entry for new hires, terminations, and promotions.
- Maintain records confidentially and in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Perform regular audits to verify record accuracy.

- Ensure that all required documentation and approvals for minor workers are obtained and properly filed in accordance with labor laws and regulations.
- Perform regular audits to verify record accuracy.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to support various HR initiatives and projects.
- Assist HR professionals in preparing materials for audits or compliance checks.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within the HR team.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors, and our Guests.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Occasionally assist other locations and areas in the park as needed.
- Comfortability primarily working indoors.
- Proven administrative experience preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office application skills (i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly. Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to sit/stand for several hours at a time.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and thrive in a cross functional environment.
- Ability to respond to change and/or interruptions, responding to highly stressful situations requiring immediate action, independent judgment, and superior problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortability with exposure to computer screens.
- Ability to use hands to operate computers, printers, and copiers.
- Associate's degree preferred or relevant years of experience.
- Knowledge of human resources functions, including tasks within the employment cycle.
- General understanding of employment laws.
- Experience working in a fast paced Human Resources department
- Strong computer and phone skills.
- Prior human resources experience preferred.
- Experience working in the theme park, high volume environment or hospitality industry preferred.
- Working knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday, etc.)
- Experience working in a fast paced, high-growth company.
- Available to work varying shifts or hours based on park hours, i.e. be able to work opening and closing shifts, nights, weekends, and Holidays.
- Typically scheduled weekdays during Employment Center Operational hours, however, may be scheduled on weekends & evenings as needed.
