Position Overview

We are seeking an entry level Social Media Specialist to join our team and drive the social media strategy across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube. This role will focus on developing and executing effective B2B social media content that aligns with our brand goals, creating a dynamic content calendar, and delivering actionable insights through analytics reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy Development - Design and implement social media strategies to align with business goals, focusing on audience engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation within the B2B space.
  • Content Creation and Scheduling - Produce, curate, and post engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent publications.
  • Analytics and Reporting - Track, analyze, and report key metrics to upper management, using insights to optimize content and adjust strategies for improved performance.
  • Trend and Competitor Analysis - Monitor industry trends, competitors’ social media activities, and emerging technologies to recommend new strategies or platforms that will help drive engagement and growth.
  • Collaboration - Work with the marketing team and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with broader marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing social media in a B2B setting.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and visual content creation skills.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
  • Ability to work onsite initially, with a transition to a hybrid model post-training.

  • Creative and adaptable, with strong attention to detail.
