Job Title: Oracle NetSuite Developer Location: Bay Area, CA Job Type: Contract

Position Overview:

The Oracle NetSuite Developer will design, develop, and maintain customizations, scripts, and integrations within the NetSuite platform. This role requires strong technical skills and a deep understanding of NetSuite architecture to optimize workflows and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop customizations, workflows, and SuiteScripts (1.0 & 2.0) within NetSuite.
  • Integrate NetSuite with external systems using SuiteTalk (Web Services), RESTlets, and third-party APIs.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, saved searches, and reports to support business intelligence.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Maintain documentation for customizations, workflows, and integrations.
  • Implement best practices for NetSuite configuration, data management, and user training.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience with Oracle NetSuite development.
  • Strong knowledge of SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0), SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite modules like Financials, CRM, Inventory, and Order Management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • NetSuite certifications (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with NetSuite integration tools (Celigo, Dell Boomi, etc.).
  • Background in the financial industry.
  • Understanding of ERP/CRM best practices and data governance.
