  • Conduct regular hourly post checks via phone or electronic means to ensure guards are following protocols and performing duties effectively.
  • Maintain a roster of Level 2 and Level 3 security guards, ensuring the correct personnel are assigned to posts as needed.
  • Provide administrative assistance, including data entry, filing, and maintaining security logs.
  • Support with payroll, including tracking employee hours and ensuring accuracy.
  • Assist with the scheduling of security officers to ensure adequate staffing across shifts.
  • Ensure familiarity with the security company's policies, procedures, and licensing requirements for officers.
