SCOPE: We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with NYC buildings experience for 2 high profile projects: one in Queens, NY and the other in Manhattan (NYC).
REQUIREMENTS:
Library experience
ADA experience
Hospital/Medical/Healthcare facility experience
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture

PAY RATE: $50.00-$75.00 Hourly Salary (Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and education.)
