As a Product Owner, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Position Overview: Highly skilled and experienced Product Owner to lead the development and management of DICOM PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare IT, radiology, DICOM, Imaging, PACS and product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful software products.

Responsibilities: -

Define and prioritize the product roadmap for the DICOM PACS platform.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and clinical stakeholders, to ensure the platform meets user needs and regulatory requirements.

Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product decisions and enhancements.

Develop detailed product requirements and specifications.

Oversee the development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA.

Provide training and support to internal teams and end-users.

Educational Qualifications: -

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. A master s degree is a plus.

Skills: -

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on healthcare IT or radiology.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of DICOM standards and PACS architecture.

Proficiency in software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).

Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR).

Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Regulatory Knowledge:

Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and FDA requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with AI/ML applications in radiology.

Knowledge of cloud-based PACS solutions.

Certification in product management (e.g., CSPO, PMP).
