Cyber Program Director
Position: Cyber Program Director
Location: Arlington, VA
Position Summary
The Cyber Program Director will drive collaboration between ARC members, U.S. Government partners, and key technology providers to deliver actionable insights to ARC members that help identify and mitigate cyber threats to their operations. Building relationships with technology providers that open new cyber intelligence channels for ARC members and setting the framework for data collection and analysis that support members efforts to address cyber risks are key elements of the Director s responsibilities. To be successful, the Director should bring Intelligence Community experience in computer network operations or computer network exploitation. Alternatively, a successful Director could leverage technical cyber expertise gained in the private sector, including leading network defense, cyber threat hunting, or red teaming.
Responsibilities
Drive and orient collaborative programs with technology partners in the private sector to open new cyber intelligence channels for ARC members.
Maintain and develop strong relationships with ARC members intelligence and cyber threat teams, US Government partners, and technology providers to deliver technical insights on threat actor operations and mitigation strategies.
Work with ARC members, government partners, and technology providers to enhance data acquisition, analysis, and early warning capabilities on critical cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
Convey the results of the technical discussions in written products and briefings to ARC member intelligence and network defense teams and to technical and non-cyber experts in these organizations.
Skills and Needed to Excel in this Role
Deep expertise in evaluating the technical aspects of cyber threats and vulnerabilities and knowledge of the information required to mitigate operational risks and address ongoing or potential threat actor operations.
Ability to work independently as well as strong collaborative skills and ability to work in a diverse team of security and technology professionals.
Strong analytical, verbal, writing skills.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, adept at anticipating needs, effectively multitasking, and managing priorities.
Excellent judgement and problem-solving skills, showing the utmost discretion in the management of confidential corporate information.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, related fields, or relevant work experience.
10+ years of experience performing computer network operations or computer network exploitation in the Intelligence Community or experience supporting network operations and defense in the private sector.
Experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting technical data on cyber threat actor operations, capabilities, and intentions.
A current TS-SCI clearance.
U.S. Citizenship and a Background Check is required for this position.
