As a key member of one of our innovations teams, you will:

  • Discovery Needs: Conduct comprehensive research to uncover the needs of our target customers and users in pilot programs set up to learn and validate assumptions .
  • Design Experiences: Shape user experiences through archetypes creation, user journey mapping, and user flows and collaborating with product managers, engineers, and sports and exercise experts.
  • Transform Insights into Action: Leverage cognitive, behavioral, and psychological consumer data to deliver actionable insights.

Prototype and Test: In our customer pilots drive user testing and iterate on concepts, wireframes, and prototypes in close collaboration with our cross-functional product team.

Your fitness level

We are looking for someone with

  • Educational Background: A bachelor's or master's degree in Psychology, Human Factors, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in product design and UX research.
  • Flexibility: Open to travel regularly (once a month) to our pilot locations in the US and UK or spend time in our Head Quarters in Munich, Germany to collect direct customer feedback and connect with stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Miro, Figma, Condense, and Maze.
  • Research Mastery: Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including prototype testing.
  • Communication: Fluent English skills (written and spoken).

Passion: You're driven by a love for solving user problems, crafting meaningful designs, and staying ahead of trends. Your excitement for creating impactful, user-centered experiences fuels your innovative and collaborative approach.

Your training goal for your first 6 months

  • Understanding: You gained a holistic understanding of the whole EGYM ecosystem and its products and how they are connected.
  • Connection: You build a strong connection and routines with your team and direct stakeholders.
  • Vision: You are breathing our long-term and short-term product vision and understanding how our product lines feed into it.
  • Responsibility: You take over full responsibility for the design thinking process within your user journey stream team

The equipment we provide

  • You will earn an annual salary of $90,000 - $110,000
