- High school graduate or GED from an accredited institution
- One+ years job related experience
- Ability to work well with children
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Operate telecommunication system to screen calls, transfer calls, respond to inquiries and/or take messages
- Evaluate situations/questions and take appropriate action or direct to appropriate personnel for solution
- Process documents/materials and disseminate to appropriate parties
- Receive and greet visitors, obtain names and nature of business and direct to appropriate personnel
- Prepare and maintain records as required
- Participate in staff development and faculty meetings as assigned
- Distribute and post mark mail
- Keep track of all deliveries from UPS and FedEx
- Perform all other duties as assigned
