We are in search of a dedicated Manager/Trainer/Mentor/Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Madison, Wisconsin. As a part of our team, you will play an instrumental role in implementing our new ERP system, Odoo, and managing the change process across the company. This role also involves team leadership, high-level communication, and a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
*Manufacturing and Design experience is HIGHLY desirable
Responsibilities:
Lead Change, mentor and train existing staff, extremely organized and detail oriented
Lead the implementation of the new ERP system, Odoo, across the company
Manage the change process associated with the ERP system implementation
Provide leadership and direction to the team to ensure efficient use of new tools and processes
Facilitate high-level communication across departments to ensure smooth transition and implementation
Focus on cost-effectiveness and efficiency in all processes, particularly in relation to the new ERP system
Understand and cater to the needs of both customers and employees in all project stages
Ensure all data, including part numbers and descriptions, are accurately and efficiently managed in the new ERP system
Utilize various tools, including Atlassian Jira, Cisco Technologies, and Cloud Technologies, to support project management and change management processes
Conduct employee training sessions to ensure all staff are equipped to use the new ERP system effectively
Oversee the conversion and update of CAD files to PDFs.
Requirements
Position requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
Candidate must possess proficiency in Atlassian Jira
Familiarity with Cisco Technologies is essential
Proficiency in Cloud Technologies is required
Must have experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Prior experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary
Familiarity with About Time software is a plus
Must have experience in AB Testing
Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies is essential
Must have experience in Budget Processes
Experience in Change Management is crucial
Knowledge of Odoo software is beneficial
Prior experience in Organizational Change Management is desired
Must have experience in Employee Training
Proficiency in End User Training is required
IT Training experience is essential
Must have experience in providing Training
Experience in Training & Development is necessary
