Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Care Coordinator located in Portland, OR. The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, care coordination, medical terminology, and patient care on a daily basis to ensure the best possible experience for our patients.

Qualifications
  • Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette skills
  • Care Coordination and Patient Care skills
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in a healthcare or oncology setting is a plus
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
