Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the delivery of complex IT programs, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical feasibility, and industry best practices.

- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and third-party service providers to support project success.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs) to measure project success and operational performance.
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
- Identify and address technical challenges, ensuring optimal system integration and interoperability.
- Manage change requests, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business needs.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience managing large-scale IT or digital transformation projects.
- Strong background in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise architecture.
- Proficiency in ITIL and IT service management (ITSM) frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
- Availability for travel to customer locations as required; estimated at up to 50% client dependent.
Desired Qualifications
- Master s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- PMP, CSM, SAFe, or ITIL certifications.
- Experience with ERP, PLM, or digital twin technologies.
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0, IoT, and AI-driven analytics.
- Familiarity with government and defense IT requirements, including cybersecurity regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to drive digital transformation initiatives in an enterprise environment.
