Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the delivery of complex IT programs, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical feasibility, and industry best practices.
• Define and manage project scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets while mitigating risks and ensuring stakeholders expectations are met.
• Develop and implement IT service management (ITSM) and Agile methodologies to improve operational efficiency and project execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, infrastructure engineers, cybersecurity experts, and business stakeholders.
• Drive cloud adoption, DevOps implementation, and automation initiatives to enhance scalability and performance.
• Implement governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as NIST, CMMC, ISO, and ITIL.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and third-party service providers to support project success.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs) to measure project success and operational performance.
• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Identify and address technical challenges, ensuring optimal system integration and interoperability.
• Manage change requests, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business needs.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to executive leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing large-scale IT or digital transformation projects.
• Strong background in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise architecture.
• Proficiency in ITIL and IT service management (ITSM) frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
• Availability for travel to customer locations as required; estimated at up to 50% client dependent.

Desired Qualifications

• Master s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP, CSM, SAFe, or ITIL certifications.
• Experience with ERP, PLM, or digital twin technologies.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0, IoT, and AI-driven analytics.
• Familiarity with government and defense IT requirements, including cybersecurity regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to drive digital transformation initiatives in an enterprise environment.
