Infor XA Specialist

Our client is seeking an experienced Infor specialist to drive the implementation and maintenance of Infor XA. This role focuses on ensuring seamless technical integration, optimizing application performance, and enhancing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold system reliability and functionality, playing a pivotal role in the success of critical applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical oversight of the ERP upgrade and modernization initiative.
• Design, implement, and maintain advanced planning solutions
• Analyze existing system customizations in relation to business and process requirements, ensuring seamless adaptation within the upgraded environment.
• Deliver technical support and troubleshooting expertise, promptly resolving system-related issues to maintain optimal performance.
• Engage with executive leadership to align IT infrastructure and strategy with overarching business objectives while adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
• Ensure ERP system alignment with business processes, driving efficiency and long-term scalability.
• Share best practices, foster innovation, and maximize synergy across global operations.
• Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of the upgraded system.
• Address customizations and ensure their seamless integration within the cloud environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant work experience
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required, though equivalent experience and education will be considered.
• Deep understanding of the Infor product suite, with hands-on experience in Customer Order Management (COM), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Procurement, Inventory Management (IM), finance modules, and advanced planning and scheduling tools.
• Proven experience in ERP and supply chain software development, enhancement, and integration.
• Strong knowledge of the XA data model and Infor s data fabric framework.
• SQL expertise is required. Familiarity with BI and reporting tools like Snowflake and Microsoft Power BI is preferred.
• Awareness of AI-driven ERP enhancements for real-time data analysis, pattern recognition, and predictive insights is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment is crucial.
