Job Title: SAP BRIM Functional Consultant
Location: Remote With Occasional Travel
Job Description:
Business & System Analysis:
- Assess Clients current billing and revenue system (proprietary) and the desired functionality for UBOS.
- Define SAP BRIM requirements that align with Clients operational and financial goals.
Implementation & Integration Oversight:
- Act as Clients BRIM subject matter expert, ensuring that business needs are met during SI-led implementation.
- Oversee functional integration between BRIM and SAP S/4HANA Finance and validate solution accuracy.
- Perform hands-on testing, verify SI deliverables, and report findings to the UBOS IT Program Manager.
Coordination & Documentation:
- Review SI documentation and provide recommendations for approval.
- Develop and maintain project plans, reports, and documentation per Client s standards.
- Identify potential system or process risks and escalate them with recommended solutions.
Project & Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with IT teams, business owners, project sponsors, and vendors.
- Lead and participate in project meetings, workshops, and status reviews.
- Assist in lessons learned sessions to improve future implementations.
Desired Skills & Qualifications: Technical & Functional Expertise:
- 5+ years SAP BRIM functional support experience across multiple implementations.
- 1+ successful SAP BRIM implementation in an SAP S/4HANA landscape.
- Preferred: Experience in tolling back-office or large-scale call center-based back-office implementations.
Software & Business Tools Proficiency:
- Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project).
- ServiceNow PPM & ITSM modules (preferred).
- ITIL/ITSM methodologies and Enterprise SAP solutions experience is a plus.
Soft Skills & Work Ethic:
- Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to bridge technical and business teams effectively.
Additional Details:
- Travel Requirement: Required to report during critical project phases (requirements gathering, SIT, UAT, go-live, hypercare) (No additional travel expenses will be provided).
- Minimum Experience: 5+ years of SAP BRIM functional support, 1+ SAP BRIM implementation in an SAP S/4HANA landscape.
- Education: Bachelor s in business management, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- This role is responsible for the functional and business process aspects of BRIM, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA Finance, validating all functional elements, and representing the clients interests throughout the project. The position will conclude at the end of the UBOS implementation.
