Proven experience with JAMF Pro, including setup, configuration, and maintenance

Strong understanding of macOS, iOS, iPad
OS, and tvOS operating systems
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with device enrollment programs (DEP) and Apple Business Manager (ABM)
Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the JAMF Pro environment, including server setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance
Develop and implement policies, profiles, and scripts for managing macOS, iOS, iPad
OS, and tvOS devices
Deploy and manage software, updates, and patches to Apple devices
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Apple devices and JAMF Pro
Create and maintain documentation related to JAMF Pro configurations and processes
Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate JAMF Pro with other systems
Provide end-user support and training related to Apple devices and JAMF Pro
Stay up-to-date with the latest JAMF Pro features and best practices
Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations
Participate in on-call rotation as need
