Responsibilities:
Investor and Advisor Relations:
- Assist in identifying potential investors and advisors by researching and evaluating new opportunities.
- Help prepare materials for meetings with investors and advisors, ensuring clear communication of the company's vision and progress.
- Support in maintaining relationships with potential and existing investors and advisors, keeping them informed and engaged.
- Coordinate regular check-ins and updates for investors and advisors to ensure ongoing support and alignment with company goals.
Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Draft and edit internal and external communications, including emails and reports.
Administrative:
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling and document management.
- Assist in establishing and optimizing operational processes and workflows.
HR:
- Support in managing onboarding and offboarding processes for team members.
- Assist with team engagement and coordination efforts.
Operations:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant undergraduate or graduate program.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and learn new skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with startup environments and interest in entrepreneurship is a plus.
Compensation: Initially, compensation for this role will be provided in the form of equity in the company, reflecting your contribution to the early stages of our startup.
