Job Title:- SAP Technical Business Solutions Architect

Location:- Dallas, TX-( hybrid)

Duration:- Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, understand, and translate business requirements into user stories or use cases for technical teams.
• Analyze requirements to enhance eCommerce websites and optimize user experiences.
• Provide functional expertise and insights during design discussions.
• Design user interaction models, workflows, and interfaces to ensure intuitive user experiences.
• Effectively communicate complex ideas in a simple, clear manner.
• Stay current with industry s best practices and adhere to relevant standards.
• Manage relationships with both internal and external partners to drive project success.
• Ensure solutions align with the organization s long-term IT strategy.
• Support feasibility studies, project assessments, and the initiation phase, including scoping, risk management, and estimation.
• Participate in testing activities to ensure high-quality solutions that meet requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with eCommerce.
• Extensive experience in business analysis for eCommerce platforms such Salesforce Commerce or Adobe Commerce.
• 10+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on gathering requirements, system configuration, and customization.
• Demonstrates a strong blend of functional and technical expertise.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Ability to communicate complex technical solutions and opportunities to non-technical decision-makers.
• Experience delivering product demos when needed.
• Familiarity with Agile project execution.
• Basic project management experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
