Job Title: Facilities Manager
Location: Hillsdale, NJ
We are looking to recruit a contingent resource to manage upcoming Facilities Capital Projects and office building outs including but not limited to the following over the next 9 12 months.
- New Orleans LA: Expansion and Renovation (ASAP May)
- Atlanta GA: new office fit out and associated opening (ASAP May)
- Greensboro NC:
- Elevator replacement (Mar June)
- Lobby renovation and tenant demising project (TBD)
- NYC, NY
- New office fit out (Mar Aug)
- Employee relocation (July Aug)
- Decommissioning of old office (Aug Sept)
- Los Angeles CA: new office fit out and associated opening (Mar June)
- Hamilton, Bermuda: Renovation project (Mar Sept)
- Miami FL: Renovation and Relocation (Mar Aug)
- Denver CO:
- New office fit out (Mar Aug)
- Employee relocation (July Aug)
- Decommissioning of old office (Aug)
- Sun Prairie WI: Campus consolidation efforts (March December)
Resource location is flexible. Within the US, preferable by one of the cities mentioned above. Travel is minimal... up to 5 trips if needed depending on location and status of projects. Hours vary week to week depending on workload... expect ramp up from ~10 to fulltime over the summer. Then, wind down as projects are completed. Candidates should have experience running multiple projects in multiple locations at the same time with a Facilities, Property Management or construction background.
