We are seeking an experienced SAP Manufacturing (SAP MFG) Architect to design, implement, and optimize SAP S/4HANA-based manufacturing solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Predictive MRP, Live MRP, Shop Floor Management, and SAP Fashion Management, with hands-on experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations. The role involves working closely with business and IT teams to drive digital transformation in manufacturing operations using SAP Activate Methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing (MFG) solutions.
  • Drive at least three full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, including one migration from SAP ECC.
  • Implement SAP Fashion Management and Variant Configuration in SAP ECC & SAP S/4HANA.
  • Optimize Predictive MRP, Live MRP, and Shop Floor Management for real-time production planning.
  • Ensure seamless integration with SAP PP, SAP QM, SAP EWM, and other supply chain modules.
  • Define best practices for manufacturing execution, quality control, and production planning.
  • Utilize SAP Activate Methodology for project execution, ensuring agile and efficient delivery.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, consultants, and developers to translate requirements into SAP solutions.
  • Oversee SAP Manufacturing workflows, ensuring process standardization and automation.
  • Develop SAP MFG roadmaps to align with business objectives and digital transformation strategies.
  • Manage and coordinate onsite and offshore teams effectively for successful project execution.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to SAP consultants and junior team members.
  • Conduct workshops, stakeholder meetings, and training sessions for business users.
  • Monitor SAP Manufacturing performance, identify areas for optimization, and implement enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP innovations in MFG, IoT, AI-driven manufacturing, and cloud technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years in SAP Manufacturing solutions.
  • 3+ full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, including 1 migration from SAP ECC.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Manufacturing modules (SAP PP, SAP QM, SAP MII, SAP ME).
  • Hands-on experience with Predictive MRP, Live MRP, and Advanced Planning in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Deep understanding of Shop Floor Management, Manufacturing Execution, and Industry 4.0.
  • Strong expertise in SAP Fashion Management and Variant Configuration.
  • Experience in integrating SAP Manufacturing with IoT, MES, and cloud solutions.
