- Need is 2-3 candidates Customer Data Platform (CDP) for Real-Time Personalization Project Goals
- Collect engagement and transactional data and consolidate from 1st, 2nd and 3rd Party sources into a unified customer profile.
- Enable real-time access to customer data for personalization and targeting.
- Facilitate personalized experiences for existing and new customers across multiple channels.
- Improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through targeted messaging.
- Provide actionable insights into customer behaviour and preferences.
Scope of Work: -
- Channel Integration:
Design and Develop integrations with all inbound and outbound approved channels.
- Data Integration:
Design and implement data ingestion pipelines to collect customer data from various sources (e.g., Digital, Assisted, Retail channels) realtime along with transactional and offline batch data. This includes defining a unified data model, data mapping, transformation rules, and data quality checks.
- Data Storage:
Design and implement a scalable and secure data storage solution for the unified customer profiles working in partnership with cross functional Team.
- Real-time Processing:
Design and implement a real-time data processing in Google Cloud Platform to enable immediate access to customer data for personalization.
This includes data stream processing, harmonizing real time and batch data to create a unified customer data profile.
Develop and implement the data ingestion pipelines, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Use Case Development:
Work in partnership with business to determine opportunity and design use cases for real time personalization with the aim to increase ARPU, decrease churn and increase revenue
- Activation:
Design and develop solution for accessing and utilizing the customer data within the CDP, Decisioning or at System of Engagements for personalization and targeting purposes using Audience segmentation, rule based personalization and/or using real time and batch AI Model scores.
- Security and Compliance:
Design and implement security measures to protect customer privacy, adhering to relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Scalability and Performance:
Design the architecture to ensure scalability and performance to handle current and future data volumes and processing needs adhering to the business agreed SLA
- Reporting and Analytics Dashboard: Develop reporting capability to provide insights into customer behaviour, campaign performance, and CDP usage.
