About the Role
Cider is seeking a Head of Brand and Creative to lead the next evolution of our brand identity, storytelling, and creative execution. This role is responsible for shaping Cider’s global voice and visual world, ensuring every piece of content—from viral social moments to high-production brand campaigns—captures the essence of our community, culture, and vision. As the creative powerhouse behind Cider, you will define the aesthetic and narrative direction of the brand, leading an in-house and external team of creators, designers, and strategists to make Cider’s story resonate worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Define & Execute Brand Strategy – Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with business objectives, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand identity. Oversee the development and execution of brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Lead Content Development – Oversee the creation of high-quality, culture-driven content across all platforms (social, digital, retail, editorial, experiential, organic & paid) to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
- Innovate in Social & Community Storytelling – Stay ahead of digital trends, crafting viral, high-impact creative that thrives on TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
- Manage a High-Performing Creative Team – Build, mentor, and lead a best-in-class team of designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers, and external collaborators.
- Integrate Brand Across Functions – Work closely with marketing, product, growth, and partnerships teams to ensure brand consistency across every customer touchpoint.
- Leverage Insights & Data – Monitor content performance, applying insights to continuously refine and optimize creative strategy.
- Stay Culturally Relevant – Track fashion, internet culture, and global trends to keep Cider at the forefront of innovation and relevance.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in brand creative, content, or marketing leadership, preferably in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
- A strategic storyteller who understands how to translate culture, trends, and community into a powerful brand narrative.
- A visual tastemaker with an editorial eye, capable of directing high-impact campaigns, short-form video, and brand assets.
- Deep knowledge of Gen Z digital behavior, social media trends, and influencer ecosystems.
- Experience in building and leading creative teams, managing both internal talent and external agencies.
- Analytical mindset, comfortable with leveraging data to inform creative decisions and optimize content strategy.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing agility with long-term vision.
