  • Ensure effective technology and operational process integration into the programs execution.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Public Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Masters preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in government or public sector programs.
  • Proven experience in program implementation, cross-agency collaboration, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar).
  • PMP certification (preferred).
  • Experience with SNAP, EBT, or public assistance programs is a plus.
