Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience and create authentic connections with customers
  • Play a key role in supporting the wider team with on-floor presence and ability to pivot as required
  • Work effectively as part of the team to support running of the store in a safe, compliant, and efficient way
  • Contribute to the overall store performance through providing an excellent customer experience

What success looks like in this role:

  • Can confidently deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with MECCA’S customer service standards
  • Can demonstrate strong product knowledge for MECCA’S hero brands and products
  • Ability to show an active commitment to continuous learning and improvement
  • Can work effectively and safely as part of the team to ensure the successful running of the store
  • Always upholding the MECCA values
