The Role
As our Strategic Alliance Manager, you will:
- Drive Alliance Growth: Own the strategy, relationship management, and expansion of key partnerships to ensure mutual success.
- Develop the Program: Build and manage the strategic alliances program from the ground up, establishing best practices and performance metrics.
- Collaborate Strategically: Work closely with partners to design joint initiatives that drive product adoption and market expansion.
- Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Partner with Go-To-Market, Product, and Operations teams to align on goals and leverage partner insights.
- Identify Opportunities: Proactively identify, negotiate, and secure new partnership opportunities that add significant value.
- Cultivate Relationships: Build and nurture lasting, trust-based relationships with stakeholders across partner organizations.
- Champion Innovation: Advocate for partner needs and market trends to help shape our future product roadmap.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 6+ years in Strategic Alliances, Partnership Management, or similar roles within B2B SaaS, with direct exposure to the fintech or banking sector (non-negotiable).
- Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to lead strategic conversations and negotiate high-value deals.
- Relationship Building: A strong track record of developing and maintaining influential partnerships.
- Commercial Acumen: Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to spot and secure mutually beneficial opportunities.
- Collaborative Mindset: Demonstrated experience working across teams to drive alignment and results.
- Excellent Communication: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to technical, operational, and executive audiences.
