Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Commission Analyst to manage and process commission payments in our system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and manage commission data in the Varicent system to ensure accurate payments.
• Process and verify employee payouts in collaboration with the team.
• Support team operations by assisting with various commission-related tasks.
• Complete training and apply best practices to enhance system setup and payment processes.
• Identify and resolve downstream HR reporting issues by coordinating with relevant teams.
• Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis using Excel.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and lookups.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with automated commission systems (preferred).
