Position Highlights

  • Division: General Entertainment – Focuses on distributing movies and TV shows to a wide variety of markets, including educational, recreational, and healthcare industries.
  • Compensation: Target base salary of $50k–$60k, with total earnings of $70k–$80k (negotiable). Base salary and commissions are guaranteed in the first year to support your learning and development in the role.
  • Experience: 1+ year of sales experience preferred, but open to entry-level candidates or those with a sales internship.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cold calling, managing inbound leads, and building lasting client relationships.
  • Developing tailored movie programs to meet client needs, including the latest box-office hits, independent films, documentaries, and classics.
  • Providing excellent customer service to maintain and grow existing accounts.
  • Identifying new opportunities in emerging markets to drive additional revenue streams.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet and exceed sales revenue goals.
  • Staying up to date on industry trends, box-office performance, and technological advancements.
