Job Title: Analyst, Compliance Training & Policy Governance
Location: New York, NY
Duration: 8 Months +
Duties:
- The Policy & Training Governance (PTG) Team is looking for an ambitious coordinator to provide administrative and operations support to two core programs the PTG team manages, the Compliance Training Program and the Document Governance Framework. The coordinator will operate in a fast paced environment.
- Support the execution of Coinbase's annual Compliance Training Plan by managing related training administration tasks via the learning management system (Docebo), including uploading training content/materials, creating learner assignment profiles, setting up system notifications, testing and deploying courses, trouble-shooting technical issues, recording training completion/uploading attendance logs, tracking course completions
- Proofread training materials
- Provide learner support for Compliance-owned eLearning courses as needed
- Support the training delinquency escalation process
- Support Policy administration, including maintaining central repository and document records in the GRC system, coordinating/following up on document reviews, formatting new policies and procedures, responding to employee inquiries regarding policies & procedures or related processes
- Support various monthly reporting activities (e.g., setting up and populating templates, creating presentations)
- Provide project management to the team (e.g., develop, maintain and update trackers, draft meeting minutes, update program documentation etc)
Skills:
- Hands-on Learning Management System (LMS) experience preferred
- Previous experience in administrative or coordinator roles
- Proficient in GoogleSuite applications especially GSlides (i.e., create advanced, effective and visually appealing slide decks) and GSheets (e.g., data analysis through Pivot Tables, VLookup, and other advanced Google Sheet functions)
- Project management experience
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintain high standards of accuracy
- Positive attitude, motivated, eager to learn and comfortable asking questions when unsure
