As an Impact Manager, you will be the trusted partner for hospitals and healthcare facilities, guiding them through the implementation, adoption, and expansion of the RQI program. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the successful implementation of the RQI Portfolio at customer sites, ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term engagement.

Act as an advocate for the RQI mission, helping healthcare leaders understand the “why” and “how” behind resuscitation quality improvement.

Ensure customers fully utilize available tools, data analytics, and ROI reporting to measure program success and make informed decisions.

Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, including hospital leadership, program administrators, and clinical educators.

Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights, best practices, and solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.

Identify and cultivate customer champions who can serve as peer-to-peer advocates for the RQI mission.

Ensure customers maximize adoption of the RQI Portfolio, driving engagement and securing program renewals.

Identify opportunities for expansion within assigned accounts and collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic engagement plans.

Align with sales and marketing teams to deliver targeted outreach and ensure program success.

Help healthcare organizations understand and quantify the impact of the RQI program by leveraging financial and operational insights.

Share customer success stories and best practices to drive continuous program improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, consulting, or relationship management, preferably in healthcare or medical education. Hospitality and other service-oriented businesses may be a good fit as well.
  • Proven success in meeting business objectives, achieving sales goals, and managing strategic relationships.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-suite executives and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to travel as needed to effectively manage customer accounts.
  • Must be able to lift and carry 70 pounds regularly (for equipment handling).
  • Valid driver’s license required.
