Legally Hired Professionals, Inc. (LHP) is seeking an experienced contract to hire Executive Search Partner (Legal Recruiter) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a staffing professional with at least three years of experience, including at least one year in legal staffing or the legal field.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and source legal professionals, including attorneys, paralegals, and legal administrative staff.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships with law firms, corporate legal departments, nonprofits, and government agencies to understand their hiring needs.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to placement and offer negotiation.
  • Expand the firm’s client base by identifying and engaging with potential business partners.
  • Stay informed on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and legal industry developments.
  • Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
  • Conduct interviews via phone or in-person to assess candidate suitability.
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidate inquiries.
  • Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of staffing experience, with at least one year in legal staffing or the legal field (law firm, corporate legal department, or legal recruiting).
  • Strong knowledge of legal roles, hiring practices, and market trends.
  • Proven ability to source, engage, and place high-quality candidates.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other sourcing tools.
  • Ability to work in a commission-based structure and meet performance targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite.
