Type: Contract
Our client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst II who will work within the identified scope of project, gathers business requirements by working with business stakeholders, Business Architecture, IT and vendors.
This role requires technical experience with MS Office, documentation, and reporting. The BSA will fulfill documentation and process creation requirements as well as long-term client support and communication management of applications supported by the team. We're seeking someone with:

Experience with MS Office / reporting tools
Key Accountabilities:
Formulates and defines scope (requirements) and objective based on user needs and thorough understanding of business processes.
Works with stakeholders on process improvement projects designed to improve results.
Gathers and analyzes information and provides recommendations to address and resolve root causes.
Evaluates / researches business problems and their relationship to technology.
Managed a diverse and complex suite of projects simultaneously.
Has an influence on wide or high-impact decisions and initiatives and has a theoretical background and understanding of the subject matter.
Manages cross-functional projects / project teams.
Required Skills:
4+ years of previous experience.
Process development, documentation experience, and experience managing workflows.
Extensive experience in multiple and diverse environments and applications.
Knowledge and experience in all major functions, issues and considerations of the subject matter.
Experience creating reports and dashboards.
Experience in a leadership role establishing standards, policies strategy, and best practice.
Ability to discuss industry and marketplace trends and directions and site relevant case studies.
Experience leading business process re-engineering efforts.
Ability to dialogue and negotiate with all levels of stakeholders.
Ability to organize and present ideas in a convincing and compelling manner.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Understanding of the value of process-centric approach to business analysis.
Ability to tackle complex business / systems problems and convey this information to stakeholders (including technical teams for translation into solution design).
Ability to identify process, technology and organizational role changes necessary to support business goals and objectives.
Experience in leading business process re-engineering efforts.
Understanding of business strategy development techniques.
Ability to facilitate dialogue across functional areas and provide consultative direction.
Previous experience training processes and creating training materials is preferred.
Previous experience with supporting application development areas is desirable.
Experience managing meetings and working as a business liaison.
Experience creating reports and dashboards.
Software design experience.
Previous experience managing business processes is preferred.
