Title: DC Technician

Job Description: Experience with physically installing server racks, mounting servers in the racks, connecting all Ethernet and power cords and neatly routing / tying cables to the rack per the schematics and plans provided. 2-4 Years Experience

Responsibilities
Deploy, install, and maintain servers, storage, and networking equipment
Perform physical hardware maintenance, including replacing failed components
Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, and basic software issues
Manage inventory, including racking, stacking, and labeling equipment
Assist in running and terminating network cabling
Follow security and safety protocols to maintain datacenter integrity
Work collaboratively with engineering and operations teams to resolve issues

Requirement
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred)
Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking fundamentals
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware issues
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs)
Willingness to work in a datacenter environment
good cable management skills required
