Hi,

We are looking for an experienced SAP Supply Chain Architect to design, implement, and optimize SAP EWM, SAP AFS, SAP Fashion Management, and Variant Configuration solutions in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP Activate Methodology, working in onsite/offshore delivery models, and leading enterprise-wide SAP Supply Chain implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP Solution Architecture & Implementation

  • Design, develop, and implement end-to-end SAP Supply Chain solutions with a focus on SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
  • Lead and manage at least three full-cycle SAP EWM implementations across industries.
  • Provide expertise in SAP AFS (Apparel & Footwear Solution), SAP Fashion Management, and Variant Configuration in SAP ECC & S/4HANA.
  • Define best practices, standards, and solution designs for SAP Supply Chain modules.
  • Align SAP solutions with business goals and processes while ensuring system scalability and performance.
  • Utilize SAP Activate Methodology for project execution, ensuring adherence to best practices and agile principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and integration teams to design and deliver high-quality SAP solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SAP EWM with other SAP and non-SAP systems such as SAP TM, SAP MM, SAP SD, and SAP PP.
  • Effectively lead and manage onsite and offshore teams, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and offshore development teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, conducting workshops, requirement gathering, and solution validation sessions.
  • Drive SAP Supply Chain innovation by leveraging new SAP S/4HANA functionalities and industry best practices.
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively while ensuring system performance optimization.
  • Conduct user training and knowledge transfer to business users and IT teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years in SAP Supply Chain solutions, with 3+ SAP EWM implementation projects.
  • Deep expertise in SAP EWM, including Inbound, Outbound, RF Framework, Yard Management, and Labor Management.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP AFS, SAP Fashion Management, and Variant Configuration.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA transformations.
  • Proficiency in SAP Activate Methodology, Agile, and Waterfall project management approaches.
  • Strong integration experience with SAP TM, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP, and third-party logistics (3PL) solutions.
  • Ability to troubleshoot SAP EWM performance issues and optimize configurations.
