Project Overview
This project is focused on implementing SAP Fieldglass for Services Procurement and Contingent Workforce Management. A pilot phase is currently underway. The pilot includes the implementation of the base Services Procurement module, integrations with SAP S/4HANA for complex services, and SuccessFactors integration for streamlined onboarding and offboarding. This phase will support five suppliers within the Corporate IT department.
Phase 2 of the project will expand Fieldglass implementation to four operational sites, supporting over 14,000 workers and 3,500+ suppliers. A significant portion of the services will focus on asset management, including maintenance work orders and workforce categories specific to asset-intensive industries.
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering with business leads, process owners, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Fieldglass with enterprise systems.
Design and configure Fieldglass solutions tailored to project use cases, securing stakeholder approvals.
Facilitate functional and technical discussions to execute project deliverables efficiently.
Collaborate with test coordinators to plan and execute comprehensive technical and functional testing.
Document process flows, system configurations, and secure approvals using Signavio.
Align project activities, deliverables, and resources while ensuring team accountability.
Proactively identify and resolve project roadblocks to maintain timeline adherence.
Provide regular project updates to leadership and escalate critical issues as needed.
Develop and execute a transition and hyper-care plan, ensuring a seamless handover to support teams.
Assist the Organizational Change Management (OCM) and training teams in developing necessary training materials.

1. Experience leading Fieldglass Services Procurement module implementations, including complex services and Third-Party Workforce (TPW) with position-based management in SuccessFactors/Employee Central.
2. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in SAP Fieldglass and SAP Ariba implementations.
Proven leadership in at least two end-to-end Fieldglass implementations, including integration with S/4HANA and SuccessFactors/Employee Central with position-based management.
Experience in mining, oil & gas, or asset-intensive industries is essential.
Expertise in managing hybrid project methodologies (Waterfall + Agile) across multiple workstreams.
Strong stakeholder management, issue resolution, and risk mitigation skills.
Excellent documentation skills for meeting agendas, minutes, action items, and project tracking.
Ability to translate complex technical challenges into executive-level presentations.
Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
