Workday Architect

Requirements:

• Must have 7 or more years working with Workday, including integrations, reports, dashboards, and security.
• Proficiency in Workday Adaptive Insights and data mapping for enterprise solutions.
• Experience in leading Workday technical teams and managing development efforts.
• Experience with Workday system upgrades, testing, and release management.
• Experience in Workday automation, AI-driven enhancements, and business process optimization.
• Experience with stakeholder collaboration, gathering requirements, and driving system improvements.
• Strong communication skills to engage business users, developers, and leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement Workday solutions, ensuring scalability and best practices.
• Lead the development of integrations, dashboards, and technical workflows.
• Oversee Workday upgrades, analyze new features, and manage system enhancements.
• Provide technical mentorship to developers and analysts on Workday configurations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize system performance and automation.
• Maintain technical documentation, including system architecture and integration workflows.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and quality assurance for Workday configurations.
