Duties:
- Responsible for applications that comprise of end to end custom development solutions which run on multiple platforms composing of multiple software packages.
- Responsible for performance, availability and scalability of all of applications and deliverables as well as maintaining the functional interfaces as it pertains to applications and infrastructure.
- Primary duties involve working with the business, IT applications team, business process design team and the implementation project teams to affectively model the business requirements into the target applications.
- Involved in planning, estimating, designing, and ensuring customizations and integration components are designed to meet the business needs complying with industry standards.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as creativity and the ability to work with abstract concepts.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment.
Advanced skills in their respective area:
- Oracle; PeopleSoft; IBM and SailPoint.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business
