- Manage IT shared service technology (SST) initiatives supporting internal systems for marketing communications project
- Develop and manage project budget, including cost forecasting and financial planning
- Oversee vendor relationships and stakeholder management
- Keep Clarizen Project Portfolio Management (PPM) / Professional Services Automation (PSA) application updated with risk, issues, project deliverable and financials

Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :
- Project management experience in technology initiatives
- Adaptability to ever-changing environments
- Strong financial management skills, including budget forecasting, cost planning, and financial analysis in a large matrix organization
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level technology programs with large budgets ($2 million or above)
- Experience in risk management, issue resolution, vendor management and stakeholder communications
- Proficiency with program management tools such as Clarizen and Jira
- Agile / Scrum experience
- ideally : PMP certification
- ideally : SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification or equivalent Agile SAFe certifications
