Description

SAIC is looking for an Electronics Engineering Technician in Crane, IN to support the U.S. Navy. This position is fully onsite working 2nd shift hours.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Provides technical support for AEA assigned systems or platforms to include the modification, maintenance, repair, and upgrade (MRU) of fielded EW systems and related Support Equipment
  • Test and evaluate AEA and related systems, subsystems, equipment and components
  • Conduct routine repair, retrofit, systems integration, calibration and testing; in-line repair and testing; operation of test equipment
  • Prepare inputs for test plans
  • Review test plans and procedures
  • Conduct or monitor system, subsystem, equipment or component testing
  • Analyze test results; determine valid recommendations and conclusions based on test data

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Associate's Degree in related discipline and two (2) years or more of related experience; Or, High School and four (4) years of related experience
  • Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance; Interim secret needed to start
  • Experience reading schematics and engineering diagrams
  • Wiring experience

DESIRED:
  • Active Secret Clearance
