Duration : 6 Month+ Contract
Randstad is building a team to develop a workforce skilling plan our client that outlines curriculum and learning objectives by personas for their new employees. This includes designing the delivery approach, which covers learning content, selection of resources, vendor partnerships, logistics, and communication strategies.
Required Skills -
OCM, Training, LMS Content Creation
Job Duties -
Design a scalable upskilling and reskilling approach across teams to enable career progression and workforce readiness
Create high-level training and learning paths aligned to the prioritized skill gaps
Develop and deliver training programs to upskill teams on new technologies, tools, and processes.
Identify and assess skill gaps within the teams, particularly related to mainframe Hogan systems, including core banking, transaction processing, and system upgrades.
Design and create customized training programs and workshops aligned with business goals
Support organizational change by creating training strategies that help teams adapt to new processes, tools, and technologies.
Job Requirements -
Change management experience
Stakeholder management experience
Content creation - LMS /Virtual labs experience
Learning analytics experience
System integration experience
Desired Skills & Experience -
- Banking and Finance industry experience
- Project management experience.
