RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Lincolnshire, IL that is seeking a ServiceNow Solutions Architect.

ServiceNow Platform Ownership:
* Lead the development and configuration of the ServiceNow instance for IT service management
* Collaborate closely with the ServiceNow Solutions team for heavy lifting tasks
* Direct the integration of Sirius MS business tools into a unified ServiceNow platform
* Guide technical decisions around platform development, design, and customizations (including JavaScript and ServiceNow configurations)
* Steer the ongoing project towards successful delivery, with a planned go-live by the end of the year

Team Leadership & Project Management:
* Manage a team of technical leads and developers, driving daily operations and ensuring project timelines are met
* Oversee sprint planning, code reviews, and defect resolution in coordination with the team
* Support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, reviewing enhancements and identifying defects for resolution

Operational Excellence:
* Ensure system integrity, security, and performance are maintained at all times
* Own the escalation process for alerts generated due to network issues or defects within ServiceNow, adhering to SLAs for resolution
* Manage day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow instance, ensuring smooth service delivery and performance monitoring

Collaboration & Communication:
* Liaise with business stakeholders, customers, and other internal teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions
* Provide expertise and guidance on ServiceNow best practices, helping drive design decisions across the platform
* Serve as the technical leader for the Managed Services team, offering mentoring and support as needed

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect, with in-depth expertise in ServiceNow platform development, configuration, and customizations
* Familiarity with IT service management processes and tools, particularly in managed services environments
* Strong background in leading and mentoring technical teams
* Experience in integrating systems and managing customer data in a ServiceNow environment
* Proficiency with JavaScript and ServiceNow configurations
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across geographically distributed teams
* Previous experience in a managed services role or similar capacity, handling network alerts, defect management, and SLA compliance

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
