Description:
Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of SAP BRIM solutions, including Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Mediation (CM), and Convergent Invoicing (CI).
Engage with business stakeholders to gather functional requirements, translating them into technical solutions that drive business value.
Lead the integration of SAP BRIM modules with third-party applications and ensure smooth data flow across systems.
Perform detailed system configuration, customization, and troubleshoot complex technical issues across the SAP BRIM landscape.
Lead solution architecture discussions, providing guidance on best practices, SAP standards, and industry guidelines to the implementation teams.
Ensure the implementation aligns with SAP best practices, enterprise architecture guidelines, and compliance standards.
Provide ongoing optimization recommendations and continuous improvement of SAP BRIM processes to enhance system performance and business outcomes.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in SAP, with at least 5 years specifically working on SAP BRIM solutions.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP Subscription Billing, Convergent Charging, and Convergent Invoicing. Proficient in designing and implementing Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes within SAP BRIM.
Comprehensive understanding of SAP S/4HANA, its integration with SAP FI/CO, CRM, and third-party systems.
Experience with SAP FICA (Financial Contract Accounting) is a plus.
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with technical architects and business stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with an ability to solve complex problems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all levels of the organization.
