  • Review and verify data for completeness, consistency, and correctness.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry and maintenance of patient files and administrative records.
  • Assist in generating reports and managing patient data according to company guidelines.
  • Communicate with team members and healthcare staff to ensure accuracy of information.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide assistance as needed to ensure smooth operations of the practice.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations regarding patient information.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed, including document scanning, filing, and organizing electronic files.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or relevant certification in medical office administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles, ideally within a healthcare setting, preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with remote teams.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and confidentiality protocols is preferred.
